Addressing the participants of the business forum, Murat Karimsakov, the Chairman of the Board of the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan, noted the importance of strengthening economic ties and creating new business opportunities between Kazakhstan and Slovakia.
"This event reflects our common desire to strengthen economic ties and create new business opportunities between Kazakhstan and Slovakia. International commerce has always been a key driver in the development of Kazakhstan, and we see how rapidly the structure of world commerce is changing. These changes require us not only to adapt, but also to actively promote our products and services to new markets," Karimsakov said.
Kazakhstan has recently received the highest credit rating in its history, which indicates the stability and attractiveness of the economy. According to experts, this opens up new opportunities for Kazakhstani companies in the international arena and strengthens the trust of foreign investors.
"Kazakhstan's transit and transport capabilities also make us crucial partners in international infrastructure projects, and we are ready to offer foreign companies our participation in these projects, which will be enhancing over time. Our chamber actively supports small and medium enterprises, especially in matters related to force majeure, and assists in minimizing losses," Karimsakov said.
During the meeting, the importance of Kazakhstan for Slovakia as a key partner was repeatedly marked not only in the commerce, but also in the geopolitical context.
"Kazakhstan is a crucial partner for Slovakia not only in terms of international commerce, but also in a broader geopolitical context. The dynamic economic growth of your country, ongoing economic reforms, technological innovations and rich natural resources open up wide opportunities for Slovak companies to cooperate not only in traditional fields, but also in new developing sectors. We see great potential in joint projects, especially in the fields of infrastructure, logistics and industry," said Vladimir Simonyak, Deputy Minister of the Slovak Republic.
Notably, Slovakia, due to its strategic position in the center of Europe, has developed a strong industrial base and is ready to bring its advanced technologies and successful experience to the Kazakh market.
Summing up the forum, the participants highlighted their interest in developing mutual cooperation and expressed confidence in further enhancing partnership relations between Kazakhstan and Slovakia.
